When you take our Natural Soapmaking - beginner class, you will learn to safely make your own batch of natural, cold-processed soap from scratch.
Each student will learn how to procure and complete their own goat milk soap, using locally sourced goat milk, locally grown herbs and organic essential oils. Each participant will go home with approximately 6 bars of wonderfully, herbed and scented soap.
Please bring all of the required equipment with you to class from the list below:
2 large stainless steel pots - one 8 quart or larger and one 2 quart or larger. MUST BE STAINLESS STEEL (NO ALUMINUM, TEFLON OR ENAMEL
Rubber gloves – extra long yellow heavy duty or disposable
One wooden or plastic spoon (preferably slotted)
One rubber spatula
Eye protection (goggles or eyeglasses)

Please wear old clothes or bring an apron.
