Nordic Shamanism Part 2

This course continues the ancient Nordic shamanic practices, healing techniques, more spirit songs and uses for the Seidrstafr. Nordic Shamanism 1 is a prerequisite. This course continues the work with the Norns, ritual clothing and talisman, journeys to obtain 3 varthlok songs, shapeshifting with the fylgjur, working with Odinn, and utiseta.

• Saturday May 20, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Have a  journal, mat or blanket, eye cover, seidrstafr, drum or rattle, lunch,

  sound recorder (phone app or tape recorder) and dress for the weather.
