 To register for this Gathering, whether by check or credit card, either 1) copy/paste your completed registration form into an email and send it to: Barbara Neznek at belle51062@msn.com or 2) print your registration form and mail to Barbara Neznek at 6907 State Highway 30, Amsterdam, NY 12010. The website does not allow you TO SUBMIT your registration or collect your registration information. In order to be registered and receive information about the gathering, you MUST either e-mail or mail your registration form. (Please copy and paste the information below into a document and either mail or e-mail)

Please allow 1-2 weeks for a confirmation and additional information to be emailed to you. The website security is very sensitive, if you have trouble registering be sure you are entering your address exactly as it is on your billing statement. If you are unable to register through the web site we will accept checks made out to Willow Tree Wisdom. Everyone attending the workshop is required to pay for meals whether you are commuting or staying at CLN. Meal fee for commuters is $100.00.

 The Gathering Weekend will begin on Friday, August 23

Check in, and tent assignment, will begin at 3:00 PM in the Dining Hall

• Friday Dinner will be at 6:00 PM • The Welcome and Opening Circle will begin at 7:30 PM

• The Gathering will end with lunch on Sunday, August 25

 • Camp Little Notch 744 Sly Pond Road Fort Ann, NY 12827

• Camp Little Notch (CLN) is located approximately 50 miles north of Albany or 30 miles north of Saratoga Springs in the Putnam Range just east of Lake George.

• Camp Little Notch (CLN) is located within the Adirondack Park in Fort Ann, New York. It is situated on 443 acres of pristine wilderness, including an 80-acre private lake. CLN provides the perfect setting for outdoor adventure, personal growth, new friendships, and community building.

• There is no public transportation to CLN.

• There is NO cell phone service at CLN. The camp’s phone number for emergency contact is (518) 793-9700.

• If you plan to arrive early or stay an extra day, you need to make arrangements with Camp Director, Emma Dixon 518-817-8892. The fee is $10.00 per night per person. You need to bring your own food, cooler, ice.

• There are also several hotels in the Lake George area.

Travel Info: • If driving, enter Camp Little Notch’s address on your GPS for directions. 

• Travel by Train or Bus to Fort Ann NY -- there is lots of information on the Internet to research. Travel by train and bus will include the need to take a taxi from the bus terminal or train station to Camp Little Notch. Accommodations:

• Accommodations at CLN are in platform tents.

• Some of the tents are at ground level and some have a couple of steps. Please let Barbara know (belle51062@msn.com) if you need a ground level tent.

• The beds inside the tents are metal frames with mattress. You may double up mattresses if there are enough. You may also bring an air mattress.

• Bring sheets, blankets or sleeping bags and your own towels.

• Depending on the weather, you can roll up your tent sides for ventilation or lash them tightly. When fully lashed they are hurricane proof.

• If you request a private or double tent, two beds can be pushed together and be used with a queen or double air mattress.

• There is a Coleman Outlet store at the Outlets Mall on your way to the camp in case you forget anything.

• You may drive to your tent to unload your car but have to be move it to the parking lot once you unload. No cars may be left in tent area.

• There is electricity on site if you need to blow up an air mattress or charge something.

• There is no electricity in the tents so you need to bring a camping lantern and flashlight for walking at night.

• There are lights outside the bathroom and in the shower facility. • Special Note for RV travelers/campers – there are NO waste dumping facilities at CLN. You will have to make those arrangements elsewhere. It is illegal to dump waste on the road side. Session and Meeting Spaces

• Chairs are provided for indoor activities • Bring your own back jacks for outdoor activities Schedule (times and program subject to change)

 • There are many hiking trails and mountains to climb • Prospect Mountain, one of Lake George Region’s iconic landmarks. This beautiful mountain, located in the foothills of the Adirondacks has a 2030 foot summit with magnificent panoramic views of Lake George & Adirondack Region. It is very popular amongst tourists, locals, and hikers because of its 100 mile view at the peak, and anyone can either hike or drive up to the top. The views are so spectacular and breathtaking. One must not leave Lake George before going to Prospect Mountain, it’s so unbelievably amazing! • For shoppers, there are the Factory Outlets on the way to CLN and plenty of shopping, history, entertainment and beauty in Lake George Village Questions, please email Barbara Neznek at belle51062@msn.com
